What is wellDun?
wellDun is an innovative securing system made of corrugated modules for the safe transport of heavy industrial loads. It is designed for steel coils and cylindrical goods in multimodal shipping containers and was developed together with voestalpine Stahl GmbH.
Material
Latest-generation high-performance corrugated board. Lightweight and robust; no special materials or fumigation are required.
Easy handling
Ready for immediate use with no complex tools required. Assembly takes approximately 15 minutes. Up to six modules fit in a 20-foot container.
Cost efficiency
Reusable up to eight times before recycling. From the fourth use onwards, it offers cost savings of up to 40% compared with conventional alternatives.
Multimodal transport
Suitable for road, rail, sea and air freight. The modules distribute loads evenly and secure goods reliably, even in rough sea conditions.
Efficiency
Stacking processes are five times faster and easier than with conventional systems, significantly reducing time and labour.
Reuse
Designed for up to eight use cycles. No fumigation is required, and no special disposal is necessary.
