PALM strengthens its packaging division through a joint venture in the Czech Republic

In November 2025, the Palm Group acquired a 50% stake in Power Packaging s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. The converting plant in Nýrsko, western Czech Republic, specialises in complex corrugated packaging. Power Packaging generates annual revenue of approximately EUR 4 million.

By investing in Power Packaging, Palm is strategically expanding its packaging division in the field of complex, customised corrugated packaging, which involves a high proportion of manual work. The partnership combines Power Packaging’s expertise with the existing sales and production network of Palm’s packaging division. Palm also ensures that Power Packaging will remain a family-owned company with the same mindset and approach in the long term.
